Do you know that we offer a Free exercise program for you? We have several class times, and an 8:15pm class especially appealing for our moms with young kids, as it is after bedtime!

Walk in participants are welcomed and we try to accommodate all who come, but signing up is advised, especially in the winter months, as classes do get full.
*Bring a mat or large towel to class and optional small hand weights, towel, and water. Classes regularly meet in the Shrine Conference Center (CC) and once a month in the Youth Room (YR)
SoulCore is a floor mat workout, focusing on strengthening your core abdominal muscles, similar to Pilates, pairing exercise with the meditative prayers of the rosary. The class will challenge you physically and offer a balance for your soul through mediations on the rosary prayers.
The program is suitable for teens on up, men and women. Shrine also has a Gentle SoulCore, a workout that is less intense on shoulders, knees, and wrist because it is done from a seated position in chair or standing holding the chair to offer balance support.
SoulCore is a nice challenge to those who regularly exercise AND we will show modified exercises to help you accommodate your fitness level. Come nourish body, mind & soul!
