The purpose of the Development Solutions Team is to generate the financial resources required to ensure the continual and positive growth of the Shrine community in coordination with Shrine’s development department.

The purpose of the Facilities Solutions Team is to discern and prioritize maintenance efforts, upgrades and enhancements to facilities, while providing a safe and secure, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all of Shrine’s campuses, its members and visitors.

The purpose of the Community Building Solutions Team is to develop Christian community throughout Shrine and outwardly to the community with the purpose of attracting others to the faith.

The purpose of the Evangelization Solutions Team is to develop opportunities for individuals to encounter Jesus and empower them to live as witnesses to the Gospel, and to inspire Shrine committees, commissions, and solution teams to share Christ's love through: Evangelizing programs (e.g., Alpha) and Training individuals to be evangelizers.

 

The purpose of the Faith Formation Solutions Team is to assess and improve Shrine’s formation offerings for all ages.

 

The purpose of the Sacramental Life Solutions Team is to foster a joyful, hope-filled and meaningful Sacramental experience; encourage all present to an encounter with Jesus; and, bring about fellowship and community through a welcoming and engaging environment in all Sacraments.

The purpose of the Total Stewardship Solutions Team is to help every Shrine parishioner to discover the joy of sharing what God has uniquely entrusted to them by: Expanding our understanding of Stewardship to include time, talent and treasure; Providing and communicating the resources and opportunities for parish members to identify their gifts and share them; Inviting and growing disciples in Stewardship to share their unique gifts and talents for the good of the parish community; Recognizing groups and individuals as they serve and share their gifts.
